Facilities Manager (West Virginia) - A 200+ bed West Virginia hospital is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with acute care hospital background and at least 5 years experience managing a 200+ bed hospital facilities management department. The Facilities Manager will work with the facilities management team to assure safe, effective and reliable operations of the building and grounds, as well as have shared call rotation with the Engineering Supervisor and Central Plant Supervisor.  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; AHA certified.  Salary range - $71,500 to $114,000 plus competitive benefits and relocation.

  

A 100+ bed hospital located in a very livable, family friendly area in north central Alabama seeks the following:The Director of Nursing assumes responsibility for management and direction of Inpatient Nursing Service Units and accountability for patient care delivery environment of assigned areas.  The DON manages human and fiscal resources allocated to assigned areas.  The DON establishes and implements standards of practice that comply with regulatory agencies, overall direction, goals, budgets and quality of service.  Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse.   Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required.  Masters degree preferred and five to seven years experience in nursing and/or nursing management.  Salary range - $100-125k.

The Director of Surgical Services assumes 24 hour responsibility for all functions of the Operating Room, Central Sterile, One Day Surgery, Pre-Admission Testing, PACU and Endoscopy.  The Director plans, organizes, coordinates and evaluates all patient care provided on assigned areas as well accomplishes desired outcomes in collaboration with medical directors and medical staff. The Director also manages human and fiscal resources allocated to assigned areas and establishes / implements standards of practice that comply with regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements:

Education:  Minimum required:  Bachelor of Science, Nursing.  Must hold current AL RN license.

Experience: Minimum five years as an operating room staff nurse plus two years managerial experience with emphasis on communication and organizational achievements.

 
Salary Range - $90-110k  

 

Director of Emergency Room and Trauma Services (Coastal Texas): A 300+ bed hospital located in an attractive coastal Texas location seeks a seasoned Director of Emergency Room and Trauma Services to be responsible for the operations of its Emergency Department.  Must be an experienced leader working in a large Emergency Room; Experience with lean systems and someone that can bring innovative ideas to the department.  Currently a 33 Bed Emergency Room in April 2019 moving into a new state of the art tower with 55 beds; 4 Nurses Stations, 2 Trauma Rooms, 2 resuscitation rooms with direct access to the Trauma Operating Room.  Requires 3 or more years of recent experience as a Emergency Room Director.  BSN Required; MSN preferred.  Salary range - $120,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience. Director of Cardiovascular Services (Coastal Texas)A 300+ bed hospital located in an attractive coastal Texas location seeks an experienced Director of Cardiovascular Services to be responsible for the operations of all cardiovasular programs. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of all aspects of the Cardiovascular Department including invasive and non-invasive procedures. The position requires a minimum of 3 years working as a Director of Cardiovascular Services.  The cardiovascular service line includes heart catheterizations, coronary intervention, stent repairs, aortic valve repair, ablations and pacemaker implants, 5 angiographic suites (one is dedicated to electrophysiology procedures) as well as hybrid OR suite, 3,500+ diagnostic procedures, and approximately 1,000 interventional cardiology and peripheral procedures annually.  Requires 3 or more years of recent experience in a cardiovascular director role  Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.  Significant operational experience within a similar role may be considered in lieu of BSN.  Salary range - $86,400 to $125,000 per year, based on experience plus an excellent benefit package and relocation assistance.
